The grounds are beaitiful, the hotel is in good shape. I think the price of everything was a bit expensive vs. the actual experience, even with the CAD cheaper than the USD.

Beautiful manor with breathtaking views. The Manor is always superbly clean, and the staff are always cordial and helpful. The room we reserved had views of the river, and it did not disappoint. We ate a few times at the manor, and each time, it was delicious. I highly suggest taking in the weekend brunch. The activities available locally and on grounds are vast and fun and for all ages. Our first time in the Malbaie region and it was a blast. It's a pet friendly hotel as well, so bring your furry family members.

Essentially, they did not want to give me the river view room that I had booked on booking.com. When I checked in, I asked if the room had a river view. They said it was not available. When I said I had booked a river view, they tried for half an hour to give me a room with a river view. Thank you. The room I reserved is the same as the room they gave me. It wasn't the quality but the river view was worth everything, thank you fairmont

Elegant and full of vintage and antique furniture. Plenty of things to do on property. A nice place to spend a couple of romantic nights. Pool, restaurants, putting green, golf course, hiking area, views of the river…the food was pricey but absolutely worth every single penny! The best! Beds were comfortable and linens were lovely!

My parents stayed at Le Manoir Richelieu in the 1950's so, 73 years later, here I am with my wife. Three nights gave us the time to enjoy all the facilities, visit neighbouring towns and villages, hike, swim, relax. This hotel is featured as a five star first class hotel, one of the "Castles of the North" and it deserves that recognition as the entire property is so expansive and interesting in so many ways.

I loved that the hotel is pet-friendly and I could take my dog with me. Clean and comfortable room, Le Labo bath amenities, excellent breakfast with a variety of products and a wonderful view of the Saint Laurent River. I loved the smell in the hotel lobby, I liked it so much that I bought a bottle to use at my home. I loved my stay at this Hotel!

What an experience. It was all about the human touch, the personalisation of the little things that exist. They are so helpful and the food is exceptional. I would go back. Good value for money given there’s so many activities included. Concierge was such good vibes

Location was great to travel around in the area. There was a lot of activities and amenities to enjoy. Since they are already included in the resort fee there was no additional cost.

A great location right on the St Lawrence. The chateau is the standard bearer of Fairmont and when you pull up you know the experience will be great. Service by staff were always met with a smile, great to know most staff were bilingual, my French skills are embarrassing.

View, bed, and staff - all outstanding I got sick and had to add an extra day- no issues, and was looked after
